Girls usually stop growing at 15 and often earlier and sometimes later so hopefully you will grow a bit more but 175 cm is a bit like wishful thinking. Highly unlikely but nevertheless remotely possible. You will probably peak at 165 cm (5'5") and for a woman that is a very normal height.
you realize that you hope to grow 4.7in (12cm)? that's alot to grow

i think the best u can bet for is 167.6 cm (66 inches, 5'6) at this point
you're not that short. i know some ADULTS who are like...59inches (4'11, 149cm)
Sorry but that is alot to grow in 3years.
