Fingernail problem?!

Question: Ok, not the most manly of topics, but I am a tad concerned now. 8 out of my ten fingernails are breaking away from the nail bed, not just at the tip but around the middle and edges, one even has a long red and white line all the way from tip to root, these are really painful. There is no smell so I think I can rule out infection, but maybe its related to something else (Zinc deficiency, liver problems etc). I have them cut fairly short but the cut is no longer even as the nail bed is not attached to the nails? Any suggestions as to the cause would be most welcome

go to a doctor or a pharmecy and ask they would be the best soloution cause they can tell you what is really is and how to care for it... if i was u and i love my nails i would go to the doctor

fab

use a nail cutter and softly clean your nails with soap and water

maybe they need to fall off and then grow back in my toe nail has done that it hurts too

Sometimes if your nails are very dry this can happen, try cuticle oil. You can get it very cheaply and it is very effective. Apply about 3 times daily, at least until they heal or for prevention. Try just sorbeolene in the mean time.
