I have two really bad underground pimples...what to do????!

take a hammer, a really long nail, and an orange peel.
stab your face with the hammer and nail.
then smell the orange peel.

Don't cover them... if really have to then use bare minerals. My skin was horrible and this was the best way! Get a big bowl with really hot water and pour lots of salt in it... it has to be really salty like ocean water then use a face towl to soak your face. Its going to be really hot but it will open your pores and the salt will clean everything out! Then rinse really good with warm water. Dont use any products when going to sleep. Use clearasil package (20 bucks) works beter the proactive.
