Im sure nce you pinch it off the flame would simply die out. However I don't think so because there is not a steady stream of gas and you have to eat a lot of Veggies to even get a good flame.

I doubt it becaue fire needs oxygen to burn. There wouldn't be any in your colon unless you sucked air in whilst the fart was alight.
