Is there any chance of survival if you get shot or stabbed in the heart?!
Question: I'm asking this question because the heart is probably the most important organ int he body. If I ever do get shot or stabbed in the heart, I would like to take action and try to live.
My friend got stabbed in the chest(very close tot he heart). He's lucky to be alive. The doctor told him that he would have died..

Stabbed and the blade stays in place until removed by a highly skilled surgeon - maybe. Heart shot - dead. But you may not know it for a minute or so. So, if you ever get stabbed, leave the blade there in place.
