The ear drums can break from certain things
like constantly listening to your ipod at an extreme volume for a matter of time or getting your ears bashed by something hard
or sometimes you could be cleaning your ears and put the swab in too dead causing the ears to bleed just a little bit
maybe an infection
cause blood goes through our entire bodies

If a bug comes out and there is blood maybe it bit you. Bleeding ears usually means you should go to a doctor unless its a bug bite or a scratch.
