Water is the best. Be sure to start drinking at least 6 glasses of 8oz. water daily. Be sure NOT to do this the day of the drug test though. If your urine is too clean, they will be suspicious and tell you employer it was diluted and make you re-take it.

if u have "the Stuff" that actual name brand , its 5 hours + 48 hrs of not using dont barf when u have to start drinkning all the water u have to drink after u drink the stuff that is in the bottle
