How can i lose 5 pounds in 1 week?!

Water pills. But, you'll gain it back

That's not a safe weight-loss goal, and if you try to lose that much weight that fast you could get very sick. Experts recommend losing a max of 2 pounds a week. One pound is equal to about 2500 calories. Exercise more and try to cut high-calorie foods out of your diet.

don't eat.
Make your schedule chaotic so you don't have time to eat and stay away from places where food is abundant (the kitchen!)
Losing is not that hard.
Keeping it low is another story.

eat healthier foods, or just eat smaller portions of food. dont starve urself and do simple excersise like walking or runnin daily
drink water instead of juice, wen u buy foods check nutrtion facts and compare, etc..
takes time so dont get impatient

Cut off a foot.

Drink lots of water--like 10-12 cups a day.
Also, exercise for 45 minutes every other day. Cut out most or all carbonated beverages.
Eat healthy--lots of veggies and lean protein.

good luck on your weight loss, but be careful. If you feel crappy one day then don't exercise. I have done this in the past and REALLY regretted it. =]
