Dehydrated?!
Question: I'm nauseous and have been for the last 4 days straight. I'm experiencing bad headaches. I'm constantly thirsty and if I drink something, I'm still thirsty. It feels like I have mucus built up in the back of my throat. I'm also experiencing diarrhea after everything I eat. Am I dehydrated?

Yes, it sounds like it.
When you get to a certain point of dehydration, you can't retain the fluids you are consuming. You need an IV to get the fluids in.
Before you get sicker it would be a good Idea to go to the Emergency Room for an IV and a check up.

Drink WATER, not sodas, not sports drinks. Dehydration may be part of it, but you still need to see a doctor.

possible,sounds like diabetes.have it checked out
