How do I know if my milk is fortified with Vit.D?!

Question: It will have it written on the label that it is fortified with Vitamin D. Milk is already rich in vitamin D so it really makes you wonder what they've done to the milk to destroy the vitamin D it was already rich in doesn't it !! Milk fortified in vitamin will deplete you of your magnesium supplies and magnesium is known as the antistress mineral and essential for healthy nerves and muscle functioning and for heart health............ :0)

Eat more foods rich in vitamin D or get more safe sun exposure.

ie ~ fish liver oils, sardines, herring, salmon, tuna ?
