What's an easier way to put in contact lens?!

I work at an optometry office, so I have to train people for contacts all the time...
One of the big things I always say is to make sure that your finger is very dry underneath the lens, since the contact will stick to the wettest surface. Also, you don't actually want to touch your finger to your cornea. You only want the entire outside rim of the contact to touch your cornea (all at once), and let the suction do the rest. Finally, you have to make sure both lids are open really wide, so grab onto each one at the very ends of the lids, and hold on with a lot of force. It helps to use the middle finger of your right hand to hold the bottom lid, then use the right hand pointer finger to gently put the lens in.
Finally, don't get too frustrated or you'll never get it. Just give yourself plenty of time to get them in and recognize that everyone has troubles at first but you'll get the hang of it.
make sure you hold your eyelids wide open. it isn't nearly as hard as it is now after about a week or so. its so easy but after a short while itll become a pain youll end up leaving them in
Place the contact on the tip of your finger, make sure that it's like a bowl; no edges flipping outward. Put some solution on it to make sure it's nice and moist. then spread your eyelids with your other hand's fingers, and place it in. Simple as that. You'll get the hang of it.
omg just keep trying. honestly for the first few weeks it took me about an hour for me to put them in. :) but it was so worth it. now, it takes me seriously a few seconds. make sure to hold ur eyelid open ( i do with my middle fingers from each hand) & keep the contact (moist) on ur pointer finger & try both putting it in slow & fast. cuz its different for each person. keep trying! dont get aggrivated & u'll get it! good luck! :)

friend, there is no specific way to wear the contact lens. Just do it with concentration for a week, and after that you might found the better way to wear it.
To put mine in I hold down my lower lid with my middle finger and the contact on the pointer, with the other hand I hold open the top lid. Then look up and over to the center of my head place contact on eye. Then close my eyes slowly roll my eyes to make sure it is on. Keep trying..you'll get it soon!
