get those nicortte gums they r pricey but htey help

not yet, but tonight is supposed to be my last one....I'm hoping I can this time. Need to for my daughter. want to be done by her birthday in June.

I say rip the patch off and do it cold turkey. the suffering wont last nearly as long. This is ridiculously hard to do and we here at YA support you in this endeavor my friend!

I stopped smoking over a year ago and I've never felt better. You won't regret it I promise :)

I quit cold turkey and it was pretty hard, my sister used the patch and she said she was experiencing intensely vivid dreams, which seems to be a side-effect of the patch she was using.

You feel so healthy afterwards. If you find yourself fidgety, needing something to do with your hands, you should keep them occupied. Suck on a lollipop or chew on a straw (it sounds gross but it keeps your mind busy).

Well, I dont smoke, cause im only 14, but my dad and uncle just gave up smoking and they're using those patches too! Don't give up!! You can do it!!! hah.

HERE YA GO.......
Encouragement......
I quit a year ago.
Yes, it's hard, most things worth doing are hard.
Nothing better you'll ever do for your self.
I can run.
I can breath deeply.
My heart doesn't bother me as much as it used to and it gets better all the time.....I feel it.
I still want one now and then, but that is the power of nicotine and the human brain!!!
I have to make myself get up and move, breath deeply; alot, and think about all the 'GOOD' REASONS WHY I AM DOING THIS!!
I love myself enough to go without the nasty smell and the addiction!!
GOOD LUCK AND MAY GOD, BLESS YOUR EVERY MOVE!!!
Oh, by the way, I'm 52 and I have 6 grand kids I love very much, 7 Kids of my own I love very much and a Man I can't love or live without!!

You are a living idol of God. When you do anything wrong it is hurting directly to God within you.

I quit on my own... And honestly it wasnt very hard to do, as long as you really want to quit. Just make sure to NOT buy cigarettes and dont have ANY at hand, if possible stay away from smokers. When you feel like you need one, think about something else, eat a candy, start a convo with someone whatever it takes to take your mind off of it. It will only get easier from one day to the next. Good luck!
