Why is my stomach bothering me so much?!

Question: I felt really nauseous earlier, but I was in the car, so I figured I was just a little carsick or something..it's happened before. But I just ate, and I feel like I can't hold it down. I never get stomach aches or anything, and I'm not sick. Is it just random? I don't think I've gotten sick since I was 12 or something, ha..I'm not used to it. It was sort of like this yesterday too, but not as bad.

Drink more fresh filtered water. That could be an explanation for the nausea. Expecting your digestive system to digest food and transport essential vitamins and nutrients with no water in your system is an extremely huge ask ............ Water is imperative to life. Without water your body will have a terrible time breathing, digesting food, transporting nutrients, lubricating your joint sockets etc.etc.etc.etc......... nothing substitutes for water. your body needs at least 2 - 3 litres of water daily to function efficiently. Geez, we need at least 2 litres of water daily just to maintain aspiration (to breathe)!!

Drink water or fluids 20 minutes before or after meals so as to aide in digestion..... by drinking fluids with meals you will only dilute the digestive juices and hinder digestion.

also, try to cut back on drinks such as coffee, tea, alcohol, sodas and soft drinks (if you drink any of them) which will all do great job of dehydrating you. ie: just 1 can of soda or soft drink will make your body peesh out up to 12 cups of water !!! 1 cup of coffee will make your body peesh out about 2 cups of water ........... read the book by F. Batmanghelidj, M.D.... "Your body's many cries for water"...... an astounding and scary and very true read.

Another explanation could be that you are lacking in vitamin B6. Deficiency in vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) will produce symptoms such as dry mouth so dry that no amount of water you drink will quench your thirst, excessive urination, night muscle spasms, leg cramps, and nausea and vomiting.

Eat more foods rich in Vitamin B6 ie ~ wheat bran, wheat germ, liver, fish, cantaloupe, cabbage, blackstrap molasses, unmilled rice, eggs and oats.

Take a multi B complex supplement on a daily basis.

Excess stress, alcohol, coffee, tea, sodas and soft drinks, antiobiotics, antidepressants, otc cold and flu meds, aspirin, laxatives and diuretics and being on your menses will use up your B complex of vitamins pretty quickly.

Increase your intake of B complex vitamins ie ~ take a supplement containing all the B's ~ B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 andB12..... The B complex will help to support a healthy neural, digestive and immune system and also bolster your system so that you are better equipped to deal with the everyday stresses of life such as that time of the month, new job, school studies, moving house, relationship dramas ...... just daily life really.

The B complex of vitamins is a water soluble complex and as such our bodies can neither produce or store them. As such we need to ingest them on a daily basis or suffer the side affects....... these can range from headaches and migraines, nausea and vomiting, fatigue and exhaustion, irritability and moodiness, insomnia and constipation, excessive sweating, depression, inability to think clearly, dizzy spells, loss of balance, fainting, numbness and tingling and prickling sensations in the outer extremities and even chest pains and heart palpitations !! Quite scary actually if you don't realise the vitamin factor.

it means that you body is developing something, it's probably best to go see a doctor.

It might have been from what you ate. Try ginger ale and crackers.
