Can TMJ syndrome cause your ears to hurt and...?!

Question: itch?

Answers: itch?

TMJ Syndrome can definitely cause your ears to hurt. It may also cause a feeling of pressure, fullness and a throb inside the ear. These may cause the feeling of an itch. If you suffer from TMJ Disorder, you do need to be very careful that you don't assume the pain in your ears is linked to the jaw. It may not be. You may actually have an ear infection that needs to be treated. If the symptoms in your ears do not lessen or clear up within 72 hours, then see your doctor to verify which it is that is causing the pain.
I'm one of those people who tend to let my ear infections get the better of me because I am blaming my jaw for the pain!
Take care!
