Question: ever since i went on a vacation to mexico iv been getting all these pains in my stomach. This also happens at friends partys and stuff... was i home sick or something???
or was it to much junk food (Pop, fries, hot dogs, mexican food)
How can i stop it from hurting without buying something at a drug store???

I don't think you were home sick. I think you picked up something in Mexico, and now should have a check-up. The junk food couldn't be helping either.
Now, if you don't have access to a doctor at the moment, you might try drinking tea with ginger in it: That's what I give my husband when he stomach acts up.

Could be one of many reasons. Did you drink the local water, or have a drink with ice in it?
You really do need to see the doc in case you've picked up a nasty in Mexico. Advice you get from non experts who haven't examined you might make things worse. At the very least you could consult the pharmacist at the drug store. Ordinary stomach ache advice (hot drinks, hot water bottle, gentle massage etc) will only give temporary relief and you need to get it sorted.

I've heard of a lot of people getting parasites and worms after visiting Mexico. A lot of clinics and hospitals for some reason don't really check for these kind of things and 1 in 5 people have parasites that can make you really sick. Don't let them tell you that you have a virus or you need an antibiotic, ask them to check you for parasites. I had Giardia parasite for 5 years and was finally treated. My sister had it and they told her most likely she got it from one of her employees who came from Mexico because almost all of them had parasites and worms and it is very contagious. It couldn't hurt to know for sure.
did you by any chance drink the water or have salads? because you probably picked up a thing called montezumas revenge or the trots.when in a country such as mexico,they dont use fertilizer for their crops,they use animal dung and they arent too clean about rinsing their veggies off either.go to the drug store and pick up some imodium d it will clear out your diarrohea ( in my books ) rather quickly. feel better! it would be a good idea to see your doctor first.
