Do you notice a certain time when this is happening? Are there some situations it seems to happen in more than others? It sounds like a panic attack issue. Or it could even be an allergy.

You need to see a Doctor
Could be allergies, anything from pollen to foodborne or animal allergies. Could be mold in your house. In VERY rare cases it could be rabies.
In any event, get to a doctor! If you can't breathe, swallow or process saliva, you shouldn't be talking to us, you should be at the hospital.
Instead of asking a bunch of random idiots a question like this, ask a doctor.
