What vitamin...?!

Question: can I take that makes hair stronger and less likely to fall out?

fish oil, it contains omega 3 which is suppose to be good for the hair and skin

its genetics or stress levels. don't think a vitamin will work.

Take a good multivitamin daily, this is the key, cause your getting your daily supplements, make sure theres nothing in the back your allergic to. To check to make sure it's a good vitamin, drop it in a glass of vineger, if it dissolves in less than a 1 minute 30 seconds, its good, if it doesn't that means this pill will just sit in your stomach, another things is use a great shampoo, loreal is good, and also omega 3 fish oil vitamins.

find a vitamin with lots of biotin in it. it also helps improve skin and nails

JUST EAT!
I mean seriously,if you just ate normally, your hair wouldn't fall out,you NEED protein and biotin for your hair, trust me you don't need to get vitamins, and they're not very useful with a poor diet, since the body doesn't absorb everything it has in it,so it won't make a big difference.

And try not to stress a lot,not only is it bad for you but also makes you have zits and makes hair fall out a lot too!

So overall, you just need to eat properly(I hope you're not vegetarian,or even worse,VEGAN)cause it is VERY hard to get enough protein without meat and fish. And if you don't eat either of them, then AT LEAST cheese and yogurt would do the trick!

Also, hair falls out naturally, but if there's hair falling everytime you touch it,that's not normal.IF it is you in the pic(or if you have hair like that),just stop teasing it,NO WONDER you have hair falling out,it is extremely bad for your hair, and if you dye it alot, then you need to stop, vitamins won't do miracles!

Hair tends to fall out no matter how healthy it is. Now if you mean breakage thats a completely different subject, if your hair is chemically damaged/altered then ~just~ vitamins wont magically make the hair thats already damaged back to its original state. You can however take supplements that will strengthen the hair as it grows out (they have multivitamins just to strengthen hair & nails). You can try to help the hair you have now with repairing lotions/conditioners/sprays that you can buy at any beauty supply store. Try to avoid store brand quality because those products will not come close to the results you are looking for. Also maintaining a proper diet contributes to this factor as well.
