HELP! Inside of my mouth, on the sides and top are white!?!?!?!

Question: Ok, the roof of my mouth is kinda a whitish, and on the sides, back where my teeth end,is white from top to bottom.

I noticed im rubbing the top of my mouth with my toungue alot lately for some reason (habbit, idk why) But could that be why its all white?

What is this???

And is it normal to have red bumps on the very back of your toungue???

Please help!

Ohh and also, i have tonsilitis, could that make my mouth white or something?

And the white is not bumpy, its smooth looking.

um have you been to the doctor yet. that sounds serious. hope your ok

your tongue is normal , but how white is your insid eof mouth?? can u get a picture?

If you are on anti's for your tonsilitis that can cause thrush in your mouth cause of the excess bacteria, at a guess I would say that's what it is.

It could be something called thrush. It is a yeast infection in your mouth. I think that is what you most likely have however I am not a doctor. It could also be a strep infection. Either way you need to go to the doctor to get treated.

it sounds like Thrush, or a yeast infection very commonly occurring orally. You need to see a Dr. to get an anti fungal.

A tongue has a normal coating on it...however..if you have a thick white coating on the inside of your mouth like the inside of your cheeks-and if you touch it with a finger nail-will it may slightly bleed? That would be thrush...But. None of us can see from here-which it is..it's probably normal.

We don't know you..and can't look at your mouth..go to a Dr.

If it IS thrush--it's easlily treated. But it is significant..because it is a symptom of a more rather SERIOUS illness....so please go to the DR and don't mess around..

Any DR's here want to explain for us-why I shouldn't say what it could be if it's thrush?

Not the kind of thrush found on a horses hoof if it's been in a wet stall too long..either. In humans-babies--it's because of milk pooling in the child's mouth when going to be=d with a bottle. Basically..babies who go to sleep with a bottle don't get up to brush their teeth when they're done.

But an adult-please just ask a Dr..and do it right away...
because it would be symptomatic of a rather serious immune problem that you REALLY would need to know about...
