I have a friend who went through the same symptons until later they found out that she was 3 months pregnant. Try an ultrasound... if there is nothing then visit your physian to coduct a MRI.

go see another doctor and a naturopath

What kind of blood test? did you a a flu swab done? check with you md. you probably have the flu.

I would say you need to get checked out for a hormonal imbalance problem or other reproductive issue which a specialist could sort out with blood tests, exams, family history, ultrasound and so on.
Also they would do a blood test to make sure your not or are pregnant.
Do not hold off any longer as it could compromise your health.

This sounds like flu, not pregnancy unfortunetly, especially if you are experiencing muscle aches. You sometimes have to trust the blood work even though the symptoms might be there. I have thought I was pregnant so many times only to find out it was just me being sensitive to my symptoms because I wanted to be pregnant. I dont think you are pregnant especially with negative blood work. Blood work is a qualitative not quantitative test hat measures not only if but how much. Good luck and stay positive!
