Why do all viruses/diseases have negative side effects?!

Well, many vaccines have atenuated viruses, those are good for you because they mimick infection to create immunity without getting really sick.
On the other hand, getting a lot of weak viruses strains for colds and stomach aches is good because it builds you a library of immunity against the few real big bastards that get you really sick.
But viruses that make you stronger, faster, etc... If they were discovered, I think they'd be injecting them massively to the rich and powerful than could buy them by now.
Highly rare, but some lesser viral infections could stop cancer tumors from getting bigger.
lmao...why do you think they call them viruses and diseases...viruses take over our cells and kills them to reproduce...and diseases basically do the same...some diseases are actually good for you though...oh no wait im thinking about bacteria
