Feeling sick to my stomach !?!

Question: okay. i have been feeling like i am going to throw up for days.
it happens if i don't eat and then when i do eat. it's like wtf?!

something that i know is contributing to it is that the person i drive for 45 minutes to school in the morning needs to learn what cruise control is because his driving makes me sick ! then i have to take a two hour bus ride home at night. but today i was barely even in a car and i still feel sick.

why do i feel like this, like i'm going to throw and light headed. ?!

also. i've been taking simply sleep at night to go to sleep if that matters but i don't think thats what is making me feel sick cause i take that at like 8:30. which soon i am going to go to the doctor so he can help me try and figure out some better ways to get to sleep.

i'm fourteen if that matters also.

Go to the doctor! Recently I felt as if I had indigestion (for months). All my friends kept giving me their thoughts and what to take, eat etc. They were all wrong. I had to have my gallbladder out! Now I feel great. It wasn't a major op and unlikely for you of course but it just goes to show other people don't know. Your doctor will sort it out for you. Don't wait any longer. Do it! Take care. :)

Stop swallowing.

sounds like maybe you are not eating enough. the doctor can tell you.

Yeah you will find your best answer at a doctor :)

Good Luck~

Do you have allergies?

Sometimes a stuffy nose or allergies can make you feel nauseas. Particularly if it has just been recently that you feel this way.

Sometimes congestion (from allergies) congests the ears slightly. This congestion can make your middle ears sensitive. This can lead to motion sickness, in particular, feeling bad when a car is moving.

Sometimes tension or anxiety about something can make you feel like throwing up too.

It can be lots of things.

Try ruling out possibilities. If you feel sick first thing in the morning...before anything...consider a sour stomache from sweets the night before. In the case of allergies, or bad driving...and if you are nauseas when eating????? Well, again I go back to tension.....

Any of these things sound possible.

If it continues to bother you, contact your doctor, but there is no obvious health problem related to nausea all the time....except pregnancy (not the issue obviously), or sensitivity to something (a food or smell)....

You may be able to figure this out with out a doctor. If it is allergies....seek medical recommendations.

stop taking your sleep meds. & all your problems will go away. i take a different kind but after a month or 2 i get the same symthoms and some bad mood swings. do yourself a huge favor & GET AWAY FROM THAT JUNK.
