Taking perks 15mgs aday..how close is 20 Mg's of methadone??!
Question: Well they say 10mg's of morphine is like 15mg's of Hydrocodone. I doubt Oxy is any stronger. 10 mg's of methadone equals 100 milligrams of Morphine. So your comparing 200 miligrams of the equal to morphine on Methadone wersus that weak amount of oxy. No comparision. I believe the Methadone by far is stronger spread over the duration of the day, not taken all at once though. The perc's will hit higher milligram per milligram but meth is more efficient,the percs will drop like a rock in four hours, the meth will stay steady. especially in your situation, you know this already. The oxycodone will make you feel more euphoria or high (As why rookies like it and druggies) but for real pain, the Methadone blows it off the map.

1 MG of Hydromorphone is approx = to 6.67 MG's of Morphine IM
1 MG of Codeine oral is approx = to .15 MG's of Hydrocodone oral
1 MG of Methadone is approx = to 3.75 MG's of Hydrocodone..
Its hard to do the conversion of methadone to hydrocodone bc of methadone's half life compared to any other short acting full agonist opiates and also because methadone is different that most opiates.. methadone is stored in the fat cells of a user.. as for everything else, I'd have to say its a relatively close conversion but there are many different things that could effect this conversion.. methadone is a completely different drug, it releases in the body wayyyy slower than perks. dont mix the two it wont be pleasent.
