I'm pretty sure 18, as nicotine gum is used to fight smoking, and when you smoke, you are usually (if your a law abiding citizen) at the age of 18 or higher. Using it before 18 would probably give you some bad side effects. Hope this helps! :)

I'm wondering the same thing. I knwo you have to be over 18 to buy cigarettes, and cigars and stuff, because they have nicotine in them. I'm not sure, but I assume it's the same for the gum. Hope this helped!
