How do i lose wieght in one week?!


Question: No i am not overweight, i am 16 years old, 5'5 and 1/2ish and weigh 125. and i am going on a cruise in 1 week and need to lose at least 5 pounds. I already exercise everyday on the treadmill for 30 mins(running). I just need to not eat. I don't care if ll gain it all back, i just want to be skinny for the trip!!

what can i do???
(and if you know anything about the cottage cheese diet, let me know!)

Wow. You are definitely not overweight at all.

It's usually only healthy to lose between 1-3 lbs a week. That way you are sure that the weight will stay off. Starving yourself will make you even fatter, because eventually you will need to eat and when you do there is a very good chance that you will over-eat because you'll be so hungry.

Just add an extra 30 minutes to your workout. Keep eating a healthy diet, and maybe cut your calories a little bit. Honestly your weight is fine, you are very slender for your height so I really don't think you should try to lose much more.

Freakishly skinny people look just as disgusting as extremely fat people.

Don't not eat. Don't eat carbs, don't drink soda.

Drink a lot of water and eat vegetables and protein.

Don't worry about 5 pounds and have fun on your cruise.

the best way to lose that kind of weight with out
hurting yourself is to get a jumpsuit and sunbath for a few
hours, but dont forget to hydrate after;

and water, lots of water..

You don't need to lose weight. Even if you did, one week is not enough tome for a teenager to (healthily) lose 5 pounds. Not eating is not a good way to lose weight. You're on the right track with exercising, but don't stop eating; just eat healthy food.
