How to shrink feet without cutting?!
Question: I wear a 10 and used to be embarassed when I was younger. All my men are fine with my feet. Besides, your feet are not what mean are most concerned with ; )

they used to do a practice in china called foot binding to make women's feet smaller to the point where they could not walk, but there is no way you can shrink your feet that is healthy. whats wrong with big feet, anyway?

in china, women bandage up their feet reall tight when their young and there feet are small, becus apparently its good to have small feet there, but i causes them agony and it causes problems with the bones in their feet and have difficulties to walk...

The length of your feet are determined by the length of the feet bones. Once the bones grow long you can't shrink them. In China they used to (maybe even still today) to force girls to wear ever small shoes to "prevent" their feet from growing big, but that only caused the feet to grow deformed, not smaller. Be happy with who you are, no matter how big your feet, or nose or breasts, or anything is. What matters is what's inside you, I mean, wht type of person you are.
The Japanese have a horrible way to do that. It's very painful.
But to do that process, you have to start when your still a little baby.
You shrink your feet by using small shoes your entire life.
Please, don't do that.
