All people pass gas every day from 12-20 times.
You may be eating too fast; drinking carbonated drinks; eating lots of beans, legumes, vegetables, fruits, fiber; smoke;eat lots of dairy;emotional upset..

If you have abdominal pains, are nauseous, vomit, have constipation, diarrhea, bloating; you ought to get a check up by MD.

Keep food diary for 2 weeks ...see what your triggers are.
Eat more often & smaller meals; don't drink from a straw; chew fast; don't chew gum or hard candies; don't eat artificial sweeteners; avoid dairy & gluten (wheat) products; don't smoke; no alcohol; cut down temporarily on veggies & fruits (fiber).

You may have Irritable Bowel Syndrome; Crohn's Disease; Diverticulosis; Lactose or Gluten Intolerance.

You can try Beano, Mylanta, Gas-X.

Maybe having friends sit farther away. Strangers may shun you.

Try to strengthen your sphincter muscles, chew your food more slowly, more times before swallowing.

I'm not sure I understand the question, but I think you are asking what causes a person to fart a lot every day.

Farting is caused by gases formed when food is being broken down by the bacteria & acids in our stomach. If you always eat food that causes a lot of gas to be formed you will fart a lot.

Foods that can cause a lot of gas are legumes like beans, peas, peanuts; vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, kale, garlic, onions, etc. Drinking alcohol adds to this, too.

If you eat a diet that includes a variety of different foods - some protein, some fruits, some vegetables, some dairy - of all different colors - try to get some red, yellow, green & orange colors every day - & don't just eat the same thing every day the farting should be reduced.

We all do fart - on average 30 times a day - but it shouldn't be obnoxious unless we've eaten something that causes a lot of gas.
