Why do beans make a lot of flatulence?!
Question: just out of curiosity.
Answers: just out of curiosity.
beans are high in fiber, particles that the human body and intestinal enzymes can't digest very well as say simple or complex sugar molecules. Also, younger infants and later mature adults have mayor differences in their intenstines and their digestion of nutritiens is more complicated, creating more flatulence or discomforts (pain, diarrhea etc.)
