yes, When i cry sometimes my throat hurts really bad. Also after a crying session i look like my eyes are swollen really bad and then i regret crying cause i look like **** afterwards lol

Ya it's normal is when your throat contains to much saliva just drink lots of water and it will go away.
It's uncomfortable I know...but so normal. That's what people care talking about when they say "I got a lump in my throat."
