How can I just relax and let go?!
Question: I get really tense in (most) social situations and I find it really hard to be myself. That's mostly at church, but a little at school too.
At school it's a different kind of problem- I get stressed out so easily. Like, nothing really major or significant happens, but by the end of the day I'm just so wiped out, I often get headaches, and it's hard to relax. I also suffer from what feels like derealization, but I've never actually been diagnosed with that.
Any tips?

GET EVALUATED BY A DOCTOR
Talk to a therapist or take a trip to the spa every once in a while.
go to a spa!!!
Psychotherapy, you'll probably get that answer a lot but it really does help and maybe an anti-anxiety medication.good luck.
