I thought those things only added inches to the girth not the length.

I expect its all lies, if it really worked they'd be selling tons of whatever it is at your local chemist/superstore. Unless there are big flashy adverts in a public place of on the tele is probably a con.
It's talking about growth of your feet. And it says it will work.
