Condom in the dryer?!

Question: My boyfriend and I were doing laundry oneday and we accidentally left one of the "unopened condoms" in his pants. So we ended up washing it and drying it in the dryer. I'm not really sure if we washed it because we found it in the dryer. We wanted to know if it's still good enough to use or is it ok? Also my friend once left a condom in a car, is the condom still usable?

Condoms are sensitive. If a regular condom is at risk of tearing, imagine a tampered one. The heat will cause the condom to dry up irregardless of the strength of the heat. When a condom dries up, then it has a higher chance of tearing. If you are really concerned or if you have the littlest doubt, then just don't use it. Throw it away. It's no good.

I would say no because the dryer would of heated it and may cause it to tear or split more easily when used.

Not really... I mean it could have stretched it or something. And it could have did something to the structure. just find some cents... and buy a new one... they normally have them for 75 cents at the gass stations now lol.

They don't cost that much...throw it away, better safe than sorry.

Don't chance it, condoms are made of latex and break down in heat. Also if he's been carrying around a safe in his wallet, same thing, steer clear of using it, unless it was just purchased that day.
