Question: I have a cold,and cause of it i have a really bad breath,am really embarrassed cause of this.

Get tested for H. Pylori bacterial infection. It can cause bad breath & ulcers.
Gargle with Hydrogen peroxide (it feels weird because it bubbles).
For cold suck on Zinc lozenges & take Vit. C 2000 mg every 2 hours for 2 days.
Try colostrum capsules from health food store. Open up capsules and rub powder along gums, teeth, etc. It helps your immune system. Colostrum is the 1st milk the mother give the baby & is filled with immune system. They use cow colostrum from New Zealand.
