Look around and make sure no one is looking at you. Then close your eyes and pee.
If that doesn't work, then go to your doctor because you probably have the clap...
Try using the stall.
It's just nerves. Nothing is gonna fix you in a day. You just have to slowly work on it until it doesn't bother you as much.
This is very common, I even read about it in my psychology text book.
Its not that easy to overcome, and I used to get it too. But just think about how everyone else is in the bathroom doing the same buisness, or go and then wait till everyone leaves the bathroom before leaving your stall.
