I was never born a minor stutterer but in 2nd grade I started stuttering. Help?!

Question: I'm in 7th grade now. I'm so sick of it. It comes and goes. Like right now I'm on spring break but tomorrow I have to go back to school.
Over spring break I was very fluent and now I"m minor stuttering again.
I'm crying right nowww. When my stuttering was completely gone I was so happy. I could talk to anyone I want freely.
But now I have it again and it feels like a terrible loss.
I'm very bright and I try very hard to get rid of it. I read out loud for 15 minutes everyday and I always think before I say something.

Please help, and it normal to have a minor stutter now but you didn't for the first 4 years you were born?
