it's not. your belly button, or umbilicus, is just a "scar" on the abdomen, caused when the umbilical cord is removed from a newborn baby. it is not connected with anything on the inside, but i think the bladder is on that area of your abdomen, so that's why you feel the pressure on it.
it happens to me too, i'm not sure why.

no it's not connected. Both are in the abdomen. Pressure from outside the bladder can make the bladder feel full.
