Get tall at 19 (like rodman)?!

Question: ok so I read that basketball player dennis rodman was 5'8 at 19 and in one year grow to 6'6 how is possible I thought u stop growing at 18.

I ask because I am 5'5 and 19 is there a chance for me to grow

Guys stop growing when they're 21, but girls stop at 17/18. Yeah, I wish I could grow taller too =(
