Can you damage your skin anytime you're exposed to ANY sun even indirect?!

Question: So just by waking up in the morning in my room to a well lit room, even if I'm not exposed to the sun directly, I can damage my skin?

Do we need to be wearing sunblock at ALL times? lol.

The skin collects and adds all sun rays over your lifetime. If you set direct exposure = 100%, in shadow you have 40%, and in a room you have 10%. That's more than nothing, however, important only in case of additionally often direct exposure.

thats what the sunblock manufactors would like you to think...however scientisits have now concluded that the benfits of the sun out weigh any risks....not to mention sun block is packed full of chemicals that leak into your bloodstream and do more damage. don't worry so much about the sun....just be careful not to get burned badly and enjoy! the sun has MANY health benifits.

well ive never heard of any one dying form sunblock and doctors do say that you should wear sunblock even if your going to be in the sun for 15 minutes,or even if its cold out and the suns up , so i would say yes your supposed to wear it!! but i think its a little extreme sometimes so i would say just put it on when your going to be in the sun all day and reapply evry 3-4 hours or so!!!
