well when l get stomach cramps lt means your probably gonna be coming on your period. and l also get bad headaches with this to. try taking some Advil for the headache and see lf this calms lt down as far as your headache goes.. Advil is very good with the pain. cause l use lt and lt works great on me. lf your cramps are really bad then lt also may be the flu your getting so try to see lf you can get some chicken broth in you. don`t eat any solid food cause your cramps will worsen lf you do

Just take some tylenol or motrin, drink some gatorade and eat some soup and be sure to have some pepto on hand. These things work themselves out in the end.

could be that your getting the stomache flue ,,
try to take a tylenol and go lay down and rest untill ur appointment if the cramps get so bad go to the ER

if u have those ask a guy to masage it the slowly he will start to hump u then it will be gone

ummm awkward answer, but it might be "the monthly curse"

r u on ur period or about to be???
