some people have it worse than others it is mainly a mental thing as far as seeing sominthing and feeling like your going to puke or laughing while your eating one way to help it is resperating ( takeing deep breathes and releasing that energ y and thats a fact ) or thinking about something thats not hard to focuse on like a song or something
