AZO is only to help with the pain of a bladder infection and does not cure it. So, you only take it while you have the symptoms. You must go to a Dr. and get antibiotics for the bladder infection. If you don't it could spread into your kidneys and you will be in much worse shape.

It helps the bladder spasms, frequency and burning of cystitis.
