Afraid can anyone help pls :/?!

Question: I just received a paper from hospital to donate blood as they are in really need, i'm 19. I'm just afraid of needles and give so much blood....Has anyone ever donated some blood??How does it feel etc..... I would really like to help saving lives

It is no worse than having your blood drawn. The only difference is that they leave the needle in your vein for a longer period of time. Other than that it is painless and kind of boring.

Its painless you cant even feel anything, And it helps if you dont look as they are doing it.
