i was eating an apple and i swallowed a seed by accident!
does anybody knows what happens when an apple seed or something that can not be digested, like a button, is swallowed?

Nothing will happen because its too small, ok it cant be digested but its too small to even effect you or notice that you have swallowed an apple seed!
Really dont get in a panic, just forget that you ate an apple seed and i promise thats the last that you will hear about it, nothing can happen to you, and also theres nothing that you or anyone can do about it!

(apple seeds arnt the size of buttons, so you will be fine in that respect too!)
(ps i wouldnt worry about looking at your number 2 in the loo trying to see if its come out, because you wont see the seed!)

It will have NO effect on your body what so ever. the acids in your stomach will dissolve and or breakdown the apple seed && then you know what happens from there. so if people say "oh you will grow an apple tree out of you bum!" just ignore them cause they are just messing with you.

I have eaten apples, core and all (yes, with an average of 20 seeds per core!!) for 25 of my 30 years! So, the answer is not a lot! They don't always make it thru your digestive tract (I'll not elaborate), but they certainly never hurt me. The only thing I ever heard that could be vaguely negative, is that they contain a miniscule deposit of arsenic, but it's well known that a small amount of this is good for you!

Actually a person can swallow non digestible items and it will just pass right on through you. my cousin once swallowed a marble and a day or so later it passed right on through. Don't worry. The seed will pass on through without a problem.
