Severe stomachache after taking multivitamin ONE-A -DAY?!
Question: It happens no matter what, even when I eat with it. I never had it happen with any others like centrum, etc. I threw them out, wondered if anyone else had similar thing with this brand. I used one-a-day maximum, and a few minutes later I am on the floor in pain. I threw them out.

Generally speaking, yes, its something in the pill that is effecting the lining of your stomach as it dissolves. I would defiantly recommend swapping back to a type that does not cause you pain.
If you were swapping types because of concerns about weather you were getting all the benefits from the pills you used before, there is an easy test. You put one pill in water and let it sit over night. what is left in the water the next day is what is wasted in the pill and will just be flushed out of your body the next time you use the bathroom. be picky and get a vitamin that will actually give you the benefits of its contents and I would be sure to take them with either milk, or something else heavy and stomach coating. Eating just tends to up your stomach acid unless you are working with heavy breads or something to soak it up a bit.
Obviously there is something in the vitamin that is hurting your stomach. Go back to centrum
