Why is my stomach contracting and making noises?!
Question: Out of nowhere it felt like my intestines were being tied in a knot. Then I heard all of these noises. I went to the bathroom and feel a bit better but what would be the cause of this?
I doubt its anything I ate since my last meal was almost 4 hours ago and it was cereal.

Actually,tummy rumbles are a good sign,it means everything is working,a gastronomist told me this.
idk......it could be a virius. maybe the stomach viruis. i had that not to long ago.......it makes u cramp, have diarrea, and barfing.
