Sometimes you can have a localized infection in just one specific lymph node. You really need to have a doctor take a look. Most of the time they will try antibiotic and usually that works, but better to error on the safe side.
your lymph nodes swell whn they r trying to tell u smthing. u cold be about to get sick, or u may hav an open sore smwhr on ur body.
