I'm guessing, if it's only surgery to remove a mole, that you're not going to be sedated or anything, right? I've had a few moles cut off, and believe me, you're going to be surprised at how quickly it's over. It's really nothing--you'll do fine! My opinon is that drinking alcohol the day before won't have any effect on that procedure at all.
Well alcohol thins the blood so i would assume a possibility of excessive bleeding although i am not an expert.. Still wouldn't advise it! maybe just a little sip wouldn't hurt... not an all nighter though!
your are going to get drunk..thats all i can think of ... it shouldnt hurt you
