Hello well i am eleven and i have been sick.?!

Question: First of all i have been sick for a month. I have been to the doctor and hey did nothing. First i had a killer soar throat. Then i had a soar throat, chills, a fever, etc. Now it is 5 days before the end of the month and i have a fever, ( like 100.0 -99.8) itchy/watery eyes, and a stuffy nose. Please tell me what this is :)

Sorry about your luck. Sounds like you have the flu. The flu or Influenza is a virus. The doctors can't do anything about it because viruses don't respond to antibiotics. Antibiotics are ONLY effective against bacterial infections. The effects of flu can linger for a few weeks. It sounds like your flu has been replaced by allergies now. The itchy eyes and stuffy nose are indicators of something called Hay Fever. This can be treated with over the counter antihistamines such as Reactin. Doctor's can't do much for either condition. You can just use a drug store remedy to get as much relief as you can while it runs its' course.

sounds like mono or either the flu. feel better!

hey, well, I'm 13 eleve year olds aren't even supposed to be answering, but w/e, i think you might have the flu. go back to the doctor, and tell him. if he didn't help you the first time probably won't help you now...so go to a different doctor! hope i helped!

you could have a really bad virus.... but keep healthy by drinking water.... getting rest.... and you might want to see an ENT (ear, nose, and throat doctor... just to see Wat he says.)
and for right now to keep u from getting sicker.... get AIRBORNE.... it is a little tablet you put in your drink preferably water and let it dissolve.
http://www.airbornehealth.com/ heres their website.... you can get it at your local grocery store.
