HELP! What is best to take for Allergies??!

Question: BENEDRYL WORKS @ NIGHT BUT KNOCKS ME SMOOTH OUT! (WHICH I LIKE) BUT I CANNOT TAKE IT DURING THE DAY.
I AM SNEEZING AND CAN NOT BREATH B/C MY NOSE IS SO FREAKING STUFFY! ARRRRGGGHHHH!

Zyrtec 1X at night...lasts for 24 hours.

Use saline nasal spray several times/day.

Mucinex to loosen mucus.

Drink plenty of fluids every day...at least 8 glasses of water/day.

I use Actifed and it works pretty good.

i like reactent
or however you spell it
i ahve really bad alergies and i find it works well.

Vitamin C with Quercitin.
