No energy at all?!
Question: is there something wrong if i never have any energy unless i drink a 'energy drink' or take a lipo 6 pill(fatburner), do you suggest any thing else that might be a little more better for my health for more energy? i need answers quick or i'll fall asleep again! haha

You may be lacking in B 12 ,which is a very important Vitamin
You could also be anaemic,....All can be easily treated by a "FULLY QUALIFIED DOCTOR"There is no
pain involved,but if left go too long without being properly diagnosed.I hate to think...................................

i used to be the same way. Every other month i seem to give up caffeine for a week or two and i feel good about it, but i always seem to go back. I think both of us are addicted to the caffeine. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the number of calories in the drink.
