A lot of skin condition cures make it worse before making it better. How 'bout this? Have you made any changes lately in laundry chemicals? soap softener etc. It could be a reaction. Or even an infestation on her bedclothes such as bedbugs that's causing a reaction. New pets? That can do it too.

Hard to tell.. but is that eczema ?

oh my goodness. find a good doctor. maybe go to the hospital. good luck

has she had her MMR shot? cus it sounds like it might be rubella

omg! i hope it heals up! hospital!!

A good reason the first doc said it was ring worm is that it's almost a perfect circle. Though a culture of it could help diagnose, it could take a while before treatment could start. IT could also be psoriasis (I have many people in my family who have it, and it looks like that) or any number of other skin conditions.

The pimple rash could be a reaction to the cream. IS she or was she on any antibiotics recently? I've gotten an itchy rash over my whole body after I finished my full dosage of Amoxicillin. It looked almost like the start of chickenpox, which I've had before, and found out that it was a common thing to happen with this antibiotic.

When I was a kid I had a rash on both legs. I went to the Dr. and was told that I had Sand Fleas. He said my legs itched because the fleas had burrowed under my skin and had laid there eggs. He gave me ointment and I was sent home thinking I had bugs in my skin. After a week of no sleep, bad dreams and no healing my parents brought me to a dermatologist. He told me I had poison ivy. He gave me the medrol dos pack and I was healed up in about a week.
